You can delete your VANTAGE account yourself at any time, in the app or on this website. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open VANTAGE and go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and tap Delete my account, then confirm.
On the website
- Sign in at vantage.associates/login. If your account uses two-step verification, enter your code.
- Open Delete my account at the bottom of the page.
- Enter your password and confirm.
If you can't sign in
Email privacy@vantage.associates from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm the request with you and your firm, and complete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your email address, password and two-step verification settings.
- Every active session on every device, including fingerprint or face sign-in.
- Your name on your firm's workspace, which is replaced with “Former member”.
- Your access to your firm's workspace, and documents shared with you personally.
What is kept, and why
Matters, tasks, messages, documents and templates you created belong to your law firm, which may be required to keep client records. They stay in your firm's workspace and are shown as created by “Former member”. Your firm can ask us to delete them. We also keep a record that the account was deleted, with no name or email address attached, and AI usage records your firm needs for billing. Rolling backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Firm coordinators
If you are the only coordinator at a firm that still has other members, make a colleague a coordinator first so the firm is not left without anyone who can manage it. If that isn't possible, email privacy@vantage.associates and we will help.
